Your financial numbers tell a story; do you know what yours are saying?

Is it a good story, an OK story that needs some work, or a horror story?

You hear all the time that you should be working “on your business” rather than “in your business”, but HOW?

What do the larger companies do to keep track of their current results and keep strategically focused on the future?

According to the Small Business Administration (SBA), 28% of businesses go bankrupt due to problems with their financial structure!  Unfortunately, there are lots of cases where this could have been avoided if the owner understood their financial story!

I started this business in order to help female entrepreneurs to better understand their financial story so that they can fully grow their businesses and, in turn, their lives.  I passionately believe that the better you understand the “story” that your numbers are telling you, the better you are able to understand where you are and how to get to your goals. I’ve seen this my entire career and want to bring this knowledge and expertise to you.

So, before you go…..

  1. Do you understand your company’s current financial story?
  2. What questions come to mind when you look at your financials? Do you feel overwhelmed looking at your monthly financials?
  3. Where do you want your company to be in 1 year, 5 years, and 10 years? Do you have a plan to get there?
